Carbohydrates provide the energy for a longer time, and fats are useful for adding nutrients and Lean protein to build muscles again. It noteworthy that inclusion of these foods into the diet of an individual has been observed to have the following effects on the physique, fighting off signs of aging, enhancing digestion of foods and helping in production of energy.
